2. Product Condition and Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph our products.
Because many of our products are pre-owned, vintage, or collectible, they may show normal signs of age, wear, previous use, or cosmetic imperfections. Customers should review product descriptions and available photographs before purchasing.
The condition and included contents of an item will be based on its individual product listing. Unless specifically stated, additional accessories, manuals, inserts, downloadable content, codes, or original packaging should not be assumed to be included.
3. Tested, Untested, and As-Is Products
When an item is described as tested or working, that description reflects the testing performed by Power Players Exchange before the item was listed.
Items specifically identified as “Untested,” “As-Is,” “For Parts,” “Not Working,” or similar are sold according to the condition disclosed in the listing and are considered final sale except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for reviewing these disclosures before purchasing.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Prices may change without notice. The price charged will generally be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or listing errors.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected during checkout.
5. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance or availability.
Power Players Exchange reserves the right to cancel or decline an order for legitimate reasons, including inventory errors, payment problems, suspected fraud, obvious pricing errors, or inability to fulfill the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Shipping
Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery information are presented during checkout when available.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Currently available shipping destinations and rates are determined by the options presented at checkout.
7. Returns and Refunds
Power Players Exchange generally accepts eligible return requests made within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping unless an item was sent incorrectly, arrived damaged, was materially misrepresented, or was defective when sold as working.
Items specifically sold as Untested, As-Is, For Parts, or Not Working are generally final sale, subject to applicable law.

8. Order Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation before an order has shipped.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return procedure must be followed.
9. Intellectual Property
The Power Players Exchange name, original logos, branding, graphics, photographs, website content, and other original materials created by Power Players Exchange may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party trademarks, product names, game titles, console names, characters, logos, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on our website does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
10. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, engage in fraudulent transactions, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
We may restrict access or cancel transactions associated with suspected fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
